Battle of the Beasts {Round 3}
Whether you are reliving your glory days or just love the game of hockey, this is your chance to showcase your skills and not only will you have a chance to claim victory on the ice, but you’ll also be making a positive impact in the lives of young aspiring hockey players. Proceeds from the Battle of the Beasts {Round 3} will support Hockey Unlimited’s mission – which is dedicated to providing opportunities for low-income and underprivileged kids to experience the joy of playing hockey.

- Adult Lower 9:00am-11:35am
- Adult Upper 9:20am-11:55am
Details:
- Each team consists of 9 skaters + 1 goalie
- 4 teams max per division
- 2 min warm up
- Each game is One 15min run clock
- 3 guaranteed games per team
- Top 2 teams go to championship
- Coaches are optional
Tournament Rules:
- No checking
- No offsides
- No icing
- Penalties will result in automatic penalty shot
- Round robin games can end in a tie
- Tiebreaker for championship games – 3 man shootout
- Mercy Rule - If 4 goal differential, the team behind gets an additional extra player for the rest of the game. If 6 goal differential, the team behind gets an additional extra player for the rest of the game.
- Lower Division - If you started playing hockey as an adult then you are in this division.
- Upper Division - If you started playing hockey as a youth then you are in this division. NOTE: 17U (2007) and 18U (2006) will play with adult upper unless experience/skill is more suitable for Adult Lower. This will be determined by the Tournament Director on a case by case basis.
Fee: $650 per team
Including: Tournament game jersey, Goodie Bag and Prizes for championship teams
Full team roster is not required at the time of registration.
